1.General Queries:

SnapKirana is a mobile & web grocery application that makes shopping for grocery easy and convenient by connecting you with known face grocers that serves your locality.

We are currently serving our customers in Pune and are working on expanding our services to various cities in India .Follow us on Facebook & Twitter to be updated about our services.

There is no minimum order value.Free delivery on orders above Rs 250.Rs 50 for orders below that.

We won’t be gung-ho about 2 hour delivery. Yet haven’t we all experienced grocery-wala “Chhotu” arriving at our doorsteps with our grocery in less than 90 mins? And you know what,you can as well choose time of delivery to suit your availability.

If you are unable to find a store that you would like to shop at , please write to us at customerservice@snapkirana.com and we will try to make your store available to you on SnapKirana.

You cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. You can cancel the previous order and place a new one. Call our call center if you need further assistance.

2.Payments

Currently we only accept 'Cash on Delivery' payments. We will make ‘IMPS on Delivery’, 'Online Payment', 'Credit/Debit Card on Delivery' method available in the near future.

3.Mobile Apps

You can download our Android App from the Google Play store. iOS App will be available on iTunes very soon.

4.Cancellations & Returns

We take pride in making our customers happy. We have a dedicated call centre for your queries. Our field team works round the clock to make your shopping experience satisfactory. Click here to view our contact details.

You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery.

Please call service agent and we will be happy to assist with you on rescheduling your order.

You can contact us within 24 hrs from the time of order delivery, if you have any."

At the time of delivery, return what you think is unacceptable.

5.Registration

You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.

No. Registration on SnapKirana.com is absolutely free.

You can surf, search for grocery shops and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Each contact phone number and email address can only be associated with one SnapKirana account.
